SHIMGE QDX type small Submersible Pump is composed of three parts: water pump, seal and motor. The motor is located on the upper part of the electric pump. It is single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor. The water pump is located at the lower part of the electric pump, which is of centrifugal impeller and volute structure. Double end face mechanical seal is adopted between the pump and the motor, and "O" oil-resistant rubber seal ring is used for static seal at each fixing stop.· 

The rotary shaft of the electric pump is treated with hard chromium platin g, which effectively improves the abrasion and corrosion resistance of the shaft and facilitates the maintenance and removal of the impeller. The motor is equipped with a thermal protector, which can automatically turn off the power to protect the motor when the electric pump is out of phase, overloaded or the motor is overheated.
