Crocodile Silicone Seal N Plus is a one component high performance neutral cure silicone sealant designed to resist the growth of mold and mildew where conditions of high humidity and temperature exist. It is especially suited for areas where mold is likely to be a problem such as kitchens, bathrooms, sanitary, refrigerated showcase, cold storage, refrigerated truck, bathrooms, metal sheet, skylights, ventilator system and air-conditioning units, and clean rooms because of its superior anti-mold properties. It is an easy-to-use silicone sealant designed for general purpose glazing and sealing applications where long-term reliability is required. Adhere and seal to well porous and non-porous surfaces including steel, aluminum, glass, masonry, fiberglass, non-oily wood, many plastic surface, and also for using with zinc-coated and galvanized metal building products.
